say sorry

there are many people i want to say sorry
but its damn too difficult to utter these words
'I'm sorry'

but does the word 'sorry' actually mean anything
yeah maybe - a lot to most people
but it does its magic for first time for one mistake
not millions times for a same old mistake one has done millions times.....
